Hi, I’m John Calve, Founder of The Way Forward.

I’m passionate about helping leaders rediscover a faith that tells the truth, uplifts others, and transforms communities.

My professional path has taken me from corporate boardrooms to grassroots movements, from building youth programs in New York City to working with national campaigns for racial equity and justice. I have seen how leaders struggle when institutions lose trust and people lose hope, and I have also seen how a vision grounded in love can open the door to new possibilities.

My work is also personal. I grew up in the shadow of disappointment and broken promises, yet I discovered a different way of leading, one rooted in courage and radical love. That conviction drives our mission at The Way Forward, and it is what I want to share with you.

As a consultant, educator, and speaker, I guide leaders through The Way Forward framework, helping them assess their challenges, identify blind spots, and move toward lasting renewal.
